Hello and welcome to my site!  My name is Leah N. Olbrich ("Lay-uh") and I am a multi-focus artist, who enjoys working in but is not limited to puppetry/

props for stop motion, film and theater, illustration, graphic design, fine arts, installation, screen-printing and video. My nature is to explore the less-obvious qualities of materials and objects and to fabricate creatures that are whimsical without being scary.​

I graduated from California Institute of the Arts (CalArts) with a MFA in Puppetry and graduated from Pratt Institute with my BFA in Illustration and a Minor in Art History. I hope to continue to merge these worlds in all of my artistic endeavors.​
